I've helped young people with both big and small transitions—from returning after a gap year, to getting that first job, to learning how to ask for what they want. We've worked on social anxiety, identifying their values, moving through breakups, and much more.

I've helped people far along in their professional lives take a step back and evaluate their relationship with their work. I've helped them define burnout, recover from it, and develop boundaries that keep them from repeating the cycle.

I have specialized training and years of experience in evidence-based Mindful therapies such as DBT and RO-DBT, though I often pull from a variety of modalities to best suit the person in front of me. I enjoy working with my neurodivergent clients to help and create a plan of care tailored to their wants and needs.
