UPCOMING GROUPS
Starting April 6th!
Mindful Perimenopause & Menopause Support Group
Led by Rachael Harper, LMHC & Mary Cadera, LMHCA
Perimenopause and menopause bring restless nights, brain fog, anxiety, fatigue — and shifts in mood and sense of well-being. Sound familiar? You don't have to do this alone!
In this virtual non-clinical support group, we will use mindfulness and self-compassion—creating a supportive, empowering community that honors and shares our lived experience and wisdom. No prior mindfulness experience is necessary; everyone is welcome.

This 4-week group is a safe, supportive space to:
• Validate and express your experiences
• Learn mindfulness, self-compassion, and other skills that support emotional balance
• Process what’s happening in your body and mind
• Connect with a caring community of women like you
• Crowd source resources for your journey
• Collaborate on practical tools to handle our relationship stress, and daily chaos with more calm and clarity.

KINDFULNESS GROUP

This group will be a place to grow your connection to yourself in community.
This is a full virtual group that will begin in June 2026. If you're interested, sign up below so you are notified when registration is open!

Come unwind, connect, and get creative with a taste of summer camp arts and crafts for grown-ups! I’ll be co-leading this cozy craft circle with the amazing Nina Armstrong. Each week we’ll explore connection and belonging through simple, playful projects like papier-mâché, collage, shadow boxes, and other creative experiments. No artistic experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to show up. Materials provided.
This relaxed, welcoming, non-clinical group is for adults 18+
