Mindful Perimenopause & Menopause Support Group

Perimenopause and menopause bring restless nights, brain fog, anxiety, fatigue — and shifts in mood and sense of well-being. Sound familiar? You don't have to do this alone!

In this virtual group, we will use evidence-based mindfulness and self-compassion tools—creating a supportive, empowering experience that honors both science and lived wisdom. No prior mindfulness experience is necessary; everyone is welcome.

KINDFULNESS GROUP
(JANUARY 2026)

I will be running a group centered around mindfulness and self-kindness. I hope to help clients come together to discuss techniques to stay present and grounded in a world constantly trying to divide our attention, and how to stay kind to ourselves through the process. This group will be a place to grow your connection to yourself in community.

This is a full virtual group that will begin in January 2026. If you're interested, sign up below so you are notified when registration is open!

Mindfulness ARts
& Crafts Group (SPRING 2026)

Come unwind, connect, play and restore with a taste of summer camp arts and crafts! I will lead this group along with Nina Armstrong LMHCA, and together we will explore creative ways to practice the core DBT skill of mindfulness through simple craft projects like mandala rock painting, polymer clay, collaging, container gardens and more!

We'll also use creative ways to touch on other DBT skills including identifying values, long- term goals, building mastery, and how to access our Wise mind. This group is for adults 18+
